For stake lawn signs, the sign panel is usually available in 15 x 20 cm or 20 x 30 cm sizes, and the included aluminium ground stake is 30 cm long. Some other signs, such as the Boiler Room sign, also come in larger sizes like 30 x 40 cm and may be available in different materials.

Yes, you can use our vinyl lettering outdoors. It’s made from durable, UV-stabilised vinyl, so it’s designed for both indoor and outdoor use and should last 5+ years outside under normal conditions.

Because your products are made to order, you usually can’t return them if the mistake comes from the details you submitted, like spelling, sizing or colour choices. You can return an item if it arrives damaged or if we’ve made an error when fulfilling your order. Please check your custom details carefully before you place your order.

Once we’ve received your order and payment, we’ll send your confirmation email. Most orders are made and dispatched within 48 hours, and usually within 2 working days. Some orders may even go out on the same day.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as you can. We'll help arrange the return and issue a full refund, including the original delivery charge, once the goods are returned. If the problem came from the details you provided, such as a spelling mistake, the item can’t be returned. We want to get it sorted for you quickly.
