1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period for Non-Customised Goods)
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your contract for most non-customised goods purchased online within 14 days without giving any reason. Conditions for Return (Change of Mind): If you cancel your contract, you must send back the goods to us at the address above without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

Return Shipping Costs (Change of Mind): You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Refunds (Change of Mind): If you cancel your contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

Within 30 days of receiving the goods: If your goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you can get a full refund. This is called the short-term right to reject.

After 30 days: If your goods are faulty and it's more than 30 days since you received them, you will need to give us an opportunity to repair or replace them before you can claim a refund. If a repair or replacement is unsuccessful or not possible, you may then be entitled to a full or partial refund.

3. Customised and Personalised Goods

The right to cancel (cooling-off period) described in Section 1 does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised ("Custom Orders"), unless they are faulty or not as described.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for Custom Orders if the reason for the return is that you have changed your mind or made an error in the personalisation details you provided once proofs have been approved by you (if applicable) or production has commenced.

If a Custom Order is faulty, damaged, or not made to the agreed specifications (as per any approved proof), your rights as described in Section 2 (Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods) will apply. Please contact us immediately if you have an issue with a Custom Order.
4. How to Make a Return

Package Your Return: Ensure the item is securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging, to prevent damage during transit. Include your name and order number inside the package.
