1. Order Processing Times

2. Domestic Shipping (within the UK)

  • Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 working days via Royal Mail [Specify Royal Mail Service Used for Standard, e.g., Royal Mail 2nd Class, Royal Mail Tracked 48].

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 5. Shipping Restrictions

  • For some oversized items that Royal Mail cannot handle, specific shipping restrictions or an alternative courier may apply and could incur additional charges. This will be noted on the product page, or we will contact you after your order is placed to discuss shipping options.
     

6. Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable by Royal Mail (e.g., due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal), you will be contacted. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs charged by Royal Mail and any additional shipping costs to resend the package. If you prefer a refund in this instance, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@signsbypost.shopwithin [Specify Timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging (including the shipping label). We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may involve us initiating a claim with Royal Mail. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.

  • Lost Packages:

    • Royal Mail advises that an item is considered lost [Specify Royal Mail's Current Guideline, e.g., 10 working days] after the due delivery date for UK deliveries.

    • If you haven't received your order within this timeframe after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@signsbypost.shop with your name and order number. We will investigate the matter with Royal Mail.

    • Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed by Royal Mail as delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will provide proof of dispatch and any available delivery confirmation from Royal Mail.
